The HUD fair market rental rate for a two bedroom in Bluefield is $680 per month. This means that if you rent this through HUD or Section 8, this building will gross about $114,000 per year in rent. Also, there are two colleges in Bluefield with plenty of renters. Last sold for about $250K.
