Pros- House is very well built. Finished walk in basement with concrete floor and steps leading to second floor. 200 amp electric service still active. Tiled floor in basement. Nice view overlooking the town. Great hideout house. Roof does not leak.

Cons- House have been vacant for a while. House has been vandalized. The mess you see from the ceiling is not from water damage. House looks like a mess but is in better shape than pictures show.

Go visit the property if you wish before bidding. I will not be answering any questions about the condition of this property. The condition is as described and pictured. No, you cannot come and move in right after you buy the property and expect it to be in perfect condition. I have also clearly stated that I am issuing a general warranty deed so I will not respond to questions about the title condition either.
