Member-exclusive areas include Pencil Lake and Harold Lake beach access and beach houses, clubhouse with pool, whirlpool, water slide, outdoor tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and a playground. 

The winter sports area has an ice rink and trails for cross country skiing and snowshoe activities. These trails serve as hiking trails in the summer.

This peaceful and quiet getaway enjoys snow-covered white in the winter, luscious greens in the spring, and magnificent oranges and reds in the fall.

You'll be just 20 minutes to Boyne Mountain Resort or Shanty Creek Resort and only 45 minutes to Traverse City. Mackinaw City is just over an hour to the north.

The city of Gaylord (a 25-minute drive) features plenty of restaurants, hotels, shops, and amenities. Gaylord is becoming a preferred winter destination with an average of 180 inches of snow per year, surrounded by rolling hills, thousands of acres of unspoiled forests, and numerous winter activities.
