Payment Details

The winning bid amount, in addition to a $599.00 processing fee and a $100.00 buyer's premium, equals the total amount due. The full payment of the total amount is required within 72 hours following the auction's close.

ZELLE, Certified/Cashier's Check and Wire Transfers are accepted. Buyer to assume any outstanding liens, back taxes, and back POA dues.

 

Buyers outside the United States must pay an additional $50.00 documentation fee to cover extra shipping costs.

Shipping Details

NewFoundLand handles all of the recording and transfer of property on your behalf. Transfer will be by Special Warranty Deed. Upon receipt of payment and proper vesting information, the property documents will be prepared and forwarded to the county for recording. The Buyer will receive the recorded deed approximately six to eight weeks from the receipt of payment.

At the close of auction, the Buyer will receive email confirmation and direction to complete the transaction. The Buyer must respond accordingly by forwarding the required information, as requested in the email, within 24 hours.
