3. Deed Recording

You do not need to record the deed yourself. A Special Warranty Deed will be recorded by US Prime Land with the recorder’s office once full payment is received.

Deed Recording Time: Recording time varies by county. Most counties record the deed within 2 to 3 weeks after receiving it.

5. Disclaimer

6. Non-Payment

Non-Performing Bidders: Non-performing bidders will be reported to Bid4Assets if they do not comply within the terms specified above. 

 If seller cannot verify winning bidder via phone within 24 hours, winning bidder's account will be reported to bid4assets as a non-performing bidder.
