Here is what our Assessor had to say:

Exterior: White aluminum siding home with white trim. Roof has deteriorated considerably. Windows are mostly boarded. Typical small front yard like most homes in Ecorse. Nice bushes to the right of the home. Soffits and eaves are rotting away on the lower level but are in fair condition on the upper portion. Windows are vinyl replacement. There are a few broken and boarded but most are intact. Front porch is covered but the ceiling is coming down as a result of a hole in the roof. Two car garage in back - vandalized with spray paint.

Downstairs Interior: Living and dining room have a heavy amount of mold. Floors are buckling from moisture damage. Kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and sink present. Floors are buckled here as well. Ceilings need extensive repairs in both bedrooms. There is drywall on the floors. Tub present in the bathroom. Ceiling is coming down in this room as well.

Upstairs Interior: Living room upstairs is in great shape. The carpet is still good and the windows are intact. The kitchen is the same. Cabinets, counter top, and sink are intact and everything is in order. The bathroom toilet, sink, and claw foot tub are all intact. Walls and carpet intact are intact in the bedroom as well. The bathroom is accessed through this room.

Mechanicals: Water heater and furnace present, however, both are older models and do not appear to function. Some ductwork present, probably for exhaust because there are also units for radiant heat present in the building. The electrical box has no cover - some romex wiring present. Plumbing and electrical will need rehab.
Additional Property and Neighborhood Comments: 2 family flat is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs and a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath upstairs. Home has been stricken badly by moisture damage and therefore mold in the downstairs. Upstairs seems free of mold and is actually in good shape.
