This 3 story brownstone style home sits on top of a hill, the house does have roof damage which has lead to some water damage through out the home. The outside appears sound and has little or no yard. The back leads to a small alley way and the back of the neighbors house. The front is small due to the fact this home is set on a hill. The house has a front patio slab and overhang both are sound. Home sits close between two other homes both of which are occupied...

Interior:

The house begins with a small foyer area then to the right is the living area. Th floors are hard wood and have suffered wall and floor damage due to the leaks in the roof/ceiling. To the back is the kitchen, there are no appliances in the kitchen. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms both of which are carpeted and have water damage on walls and carpet itself. There is a bath room on this floor but it only includes and upright shower. No sink or toilet are included. The 3rd story houses the master bedroom and a small study area. The master bedroom is huge with a 360 degree fireplace in the middle of the room. The floors are hardwood and don't seem damage. the study wall is damaged to leaking and the flooring will need repair. There is also a bathroom upstairs and it includes a sink and tub, no toilet.
