- This is a two unit single family duplex property. Unit one (3195) consists of a living room, kitchen, two (2) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom and consists of 672 +/- square feet of gross living area. The second unit (3193) consist of a living room, kitchen, two (2) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom and consists of 712 +/- square feet of gross living area.
- The property has defective siding and trim and broken windows.
