- This is a one (1) story detached bungalow style property which consists of a living room, kitchen, two (2) bedrooms, one (1) bathroom, a front porch, an enclosed rear porch, an attached shed and an out building in the rear of the property. This property consists of 891 +/- square feet of gross living area.
- The home appears to be in need of numerous repairs. There is no heating system, no light fixtures and the bathroom sink is missing. The interior needs new floor coverings, several places in the paneling need to be fixed and the interior needs to be painted. The kitchen sink does not have any plumbing and several of the interior doors are damaged. There is a window that is missing, the stone work on the exterior is falling away from the home and the exterior needs painting. There is also several places with decayed siding. The overall condition is considered fair to poor. Some settlement was noted as well as a mold-like substance located in several rooms of the house.
