1. What is the price of the property?

      The price is whatever the auction ends at, determined by the highest bidder. It could be the opening bid if you are the only bidder or it could be much higher.  Put in your maximum bid and the auction site will do the bidding for you up to that amount.

2. Are there any back taxes or liens?

       No, none.

3. How much are the yearly taxes?

    The annual taxes on this property are $472 and are billed by the county twice a year, (March and August).  That is your only bill.

4. Do you accept International Buyers?

    We welcome International bidders from ANY country.  We make this a simple, secure safe and easy closing process.  You do not need to be present to purchase this home. 

5. How much are closing costs?

7. May I see the house?

    Yes, you are welcome to drive by the home.  If it is a rented property, let us make arrangements to give consideration to tenants.  Please don’t disturb them.

    We will contact the winner immediately after auction closing to request specific information to finish the sale.  We will need the full name(s) to be put on the deed, your mailing address, telephone number, valid e-mail address, and fax number (if available).  You will then receive the purchase agreement to sign and fax back.  Funds need to be wired or sent overnight within 48 hours after auction closes. 

    After we receive the signed purchase agreement and funds, the deed will be recorded in your name, usually 7-10 business days.
