Exterior: House is on a hill with a nice garage underneath, garage doors will need to be repaired. The home has wood siding in the upper area and a stone face below. The roof is 3-tab asphalt and has a few areas that will need repair. Some leaks were found inside the home. The homes foundation is made of cinder block and a limestone mix. There is a porch on the front of the home. Some of the wood will need to be replaced; the stairs will also need some work. Interior: The front of the home has a small foyer that has a tiled ceiling and vinyl flooring all in good condition. The living area has carpeted floors and wood panel walls. There is a nice fireplace in here and there are bookshelves built around this. The dining room has wood paneled walls and has one small area of ceiling damage. The kitchen comes with metal cabinets, countertops and a sink. The first bedroom has carpeted floors with a tiled ceiling. The second room is also carpeted and has built on shelving on the walls. The third room has built in shelving and a nice sized closet. The bathroom does come complete with a tub, toilet and sink. There is a half finished basement with a bar countertop. The walls have been paneled with wood and the flooring is cement. There was a furnace found in the basement as well as a Hot Water Tank. |
