This is a white and green house with black trim. It is stucco sided with windows that are wood framed. It has a cement front porch with a nice wood deck in the backyard. There is 2 car detached garage that’s in poor condition.

Interior:

This is a small house that was fully carpeted at one point. The carpet has been removed from much of the house but the wood floors are in very good condition. The living room is in fair condition right off of the living room is the dining room. The dining room has some damage to one of its walls and there’s a ceiling tile from the drop ceiling that needs to be replaced as well.
