Exterior: Home is mostly beige paneling with brick. The roof seemed intact as no leaks were found in or outside of the house. The yard is small in the back and there isn't really a front yard since the home is built on a hill at an angle. There is a vacant lot to the left of the house this may belong to this property.
Interior: The home has two different wings, the front houses a large kitchen with tile, there are no appliances. This wing also has a small living area, walls are all white. There is also an upstairs bedroom that is painted pink and white, this room is carpeted and has great lighting. There is also a small bedroom in between the kitchen and the 2nd wing of the house. this room is also carpeted and has the bathroom. The bathroom includes bath, sink and tub. To the back of the bedroom are stairs that lead upstairs to the 3rd bedroom. This is a large room that is carpeted and painted blue with tiled ceilings which will need repair.
