toward Highland Ave. Turn right to merge onto I-35 N. Take exit 138A to merge onto I-44 E
(Turner Turnpike E) toward Tulsa. Continue on I-44 E for 106 miles.
Continue on US-412 E (signs for Chouteau/US-412). Take the OK-10/US-59 exit
toward Tahlequah/Kansas. Turn right at OK-10/US-59, and continue to follow OK-10.
Turn left at E0580 Rd. Follow Signs to the POA office at 1 Pioneer Court, Kansas, Ok 74347.

TITLE is being delivered FREE and CLEAR with no liens. Once the auction has closed payment is to be received within 3-5 days. We accept PayPal (credit card or PayPal Money). Once payment is received we will provide you with the Copy of the Deed being sent to the county for recording, along with parcel map, as well as any other info and pictures that we have. We will also send the Original deed to the Garland County Recorder's Office. After recording it, the new deed (in your name) will be sent directly to you.
You will not have to record the deed yourself.

There is $399 document processing fee, that will be added onto the final high bid.
Settlement = Winning Bid + 10% of Winning Bid+ $399
I will pay the $100 transfer to the POA for the new gate key and owner packet!
