Great looking house with excellent curb appeal, house sits on a nice sized well-kept lot. The home has cream-colored vinyl siding that is in great shape. The roof is asphalt shingle, roofing is in fair condition, and there is a room in this that has suffered some water damage. The foundation is concrete and has no signs of shifting. The home has an uncovered concrete porch in decent condition.
Interior:
Living room is in great shape and has hardwood floors that are in great shape. The living area has a fireplace with a brick mantle, tall white ceilings and white walls. The kitchen is tiny but includes cabinets, a sink and countertops, the kitchen also has a built in breakfast nook. There are two bedrooms; the master includes a walk in closet, tall white ceilings and walls. This room has suffered some water damage and will need repair. The second bedroom is carpeted and has a nice sized closet, tall white ceilings and walls, room looks nice. The bathroom is complete with tiled floors, toilet, sink and tub. Unfortunately no Hot Water Heater or Furnace was found at this home.
