Home is pier and beam with wood panel sidings; paint may need touch up in a few areas. The house has 3-tab asphalt shingles in good condition. There are no leaks inside the home. There is a gravel driveway and the yard is not landscaped. There is a nice backyard with a small creek and bridge. Interior: Please note the home does contain many areas where mold is present. There is also rotted flooring in the bathroom. The living area is carpeted with white walls and trim. Walls a re pretty damaged in this room. Mold is present in many areas of this room. The kitchen includes a stove, sink and cabinets. The bathroom includes the toilet and tub, no sink was found on site. The master bedroom is carpeted, mold was found in several areas of this room.
