The home includes a nice enclosed patio/porch, I great shape. The roof is asphalt and in great shape, the foundation is concrete and has no signs of shifting. There is a grave drive way to the left of the home and a single car garage that is in good condition.
Interior:
The living room is large and has nice hardwood flooring, walls are painted burgundy and ceiling is textured. The kitchen is also a larger room with vinyl floors; kitchen includes cabinets and a double sink. All bedrooms are in fair condition and have hardwood flooring, 2 rooms have small closets, painted walls and textured ceilings. The bathroom has a sink, tub and toilet, all are intact, and the floors will need to be repaired. No mechanics were found inside the home, no furnace a hot water tank.
