Exterior: Yellow wood siding home with a couple of trees in the large yard. Nice concrete drive and walkway to the front door. Roof appears to be worn. Gutters in place but no down spouts. Windows are mostly boarded. Foundation shows no major signs of shifting. Garage does not have a door  Interior:  Some ceiling gone in the living room as a result of fire damage. Kitchen has counter tops, cabinets, and sink intact. Dining has nice, built in china cabinet. Bedroom #1's drywall has been replaced. Bedroom #2 still needs repair. Main part of the damage is still in the bathroom - ceiling gone, no toilet or sink. Garage and basement are one in the same (mold present)
