Two story gray wood sided home on a large lot, yard is in good shape. The home has an asphalt-shingled roof, this will need replacement/repair. The foundation is concrete and has no signs of shifting or gaps. Concrete front porch, uncovered and in decent condition, wood patio/deck is built off the back of the home and looks to be in good shape. There is a small driveway to the right of the home that’s in fair condition
Interior:
Small-carpeted living area with white walls and red trim, room will need carpet cleaned and replaced. Wall by the stairs in the living area will need repair; a few cracks will need repair. The kitchen is large and has vinyl flooring; cabinets and sink are included in the kitchen. There are three bedrooms; the first has tan carpet and white walls and trim. The second has hard wood floors and white walls and trim, the third has hard wood and white walls, and all rooms are in decent condition. The bathroom has vinyl floors and includes the tub, toilet and sink. No mechanics were found on site.
