Exterior:
White wood siding home with white trim. Home sits on a cinder block foundation, which is showing some signs of settling in the rear. The yard is nice and large - this home is on a corner lot. Gutters and downspouts in place. Roof looks to be in good condition, however, some evidence of slight leakage inside. Windows are vinyl replacement and wood framed. Nice concrete walkway on the front and side of the home. Half concrete, half gravel driveway towards the rear.

Interior:
Side entrance leads in to a nice enclosed side porch area, which then leads into the kitchen. Cabinets, countertop, and sink are intact here. Stove is still in place as well as the refrigerator. Floors are sticky tile and the walls have some cracks from settling. There is a ceiling fan present here. Living room carpet is grey and will need to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. Nice wood trim around the doors and windows, which are vinyl framed. Nice enclosed front porch has painted green hardwood floors - windows are wood framed here. Bedroom #1 is downstairs and has sticky tile floors as well as the same good wood trim as the living area. Bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen. The tub, toilet, and sink are intact - the floor is linoleum floor and the mirror is of a nice size. Utility closet with washer and dryer hook ups is located behind the bathroom and is accessed through the kitchen. Upstairs has Bedroom #2, which is painted, blued with moons. Next to this room there is the master bedroom, which also has a very large storage space adjacent to it. Basement has a small amount of moisture and has a bathroom inside.

Mechanicals:
Water and furnace are present and both appear to function. Plumbing is galvanized and connected. Electrical looks to need some repair. The aluminum ductwork is in place and fully connected.
