Exterior:
White and grey vinyl siding home with maroon trim. There is a nice, covered front porch (front porch is painted natural wood on the exterior). Windows are wood framed with some vinyl replacement in the front. Soffits and Eaves are in decent condition but will need some slight repair. The gutters are in place. Foundation shows no major signs of shifting. Roof is in decent condition. No visible leaks inside. Front driveway is gravel and can accommodate quite a few cars. The garage is one car. Yard is fairly large and there are lots of trees and bushes.
Interior:
Living room has decorative windows and a ceiling fan. There is a den adjacent to the living room. It has a side door that leads out to a nice little deck. Foyer area has nice wooden cabinets and the stairs here have a great decorative wooden banister. The next room back is a utility room with wood panel walls. Looks like it may have been where the original wood burning stove was. Kitchen counter tops, cabinets, and sink are intact. There is also a stainless steel dish washing unit. The washer and dryer hookups are located in the kitchen. The dining room has bay windows.  Bathroom downstairs has tub, toilet, and sink intact. Upstairs you will find another bathroom with access to the attic. Here the toilet is broken apart but everything else is intact. Bedroom #1 has Berber - like carpet. Bedroom #2 could be considered the master as the closet is quite large. Bedroom #3/#4 are attached and you must walk through #3 to access #4. Bedroom #4 is painted fun neon colors and has some cool, retro lamps. Half basement houses the mechanicals and can be accessed from the back room which has its own entrance.
Mechanicals: Furnace and water heater are intact and both appear to function. The ductwork is aluminum and intact. Plumbing is a PVC/copper mix. Electrical is updated Romex.
