Exterior: This is a grey wood siding home with stone around the bottom. There are a lot of trees that surround the property. The roof is a three tab asphalt shingle that may have a few leaks. The soffits and eaves are white and composed of all wood. Some windows are boarded up and will need to be replaced. There is a porch across the front that has some water damage. There is a small driveway in the front large enough for a compact vehicle.
Interior: The living room and dining room have hardwood floors and lots of space. The kitchen has lots of storage and the sink and countertops are in place. There are two bedrooms and another small room that could easily be turner into another. The sink has been removed and will need to be replaced along with some plumbing in the bathroom.
Mechanical: The furnace is rusted and is probably not in working condition. The water heater looks good but is missing some plumbing. Some of the wires are missing from the fuse box in the basement and inside the rooms as well.
