Here is what our Assessor had to say:
Exterior:
Green composite lap siding with white trim. The windows are all good and the roof is shingles in fair condition. There is a direct TV dish on the back side of the house. The back door was missing and it looks as if there is a squatter living here. The grass needs to be cut and there are several volunteer bushes growing in front of the house.

Interior:
Living room has a fireplace with the mantel and trim will need repair. The floors are hardwood, carpet and linoleum. Some will need replacing other areas cleaned up. To get a proper floor assessment the interior will need to be empty. The walls are sheet rock and have minor damage in several rooms. There is some ceiling damage in one of the bed rooms that appears to water related. The kitchen has cabinets. Wil need to be re-plumbed. The bathroom tub will also need re-plumbing. The vanity and toilet is salvageable and this house has been winterized.

Mechanicals:
Water heater is in good shape and plumbed in. The electrical panel looks good with all the breakers intact.
There is no furnace or exterior A/C unit. There was a shell of a window unit on the ground.
