Millions of Baby-Boomers are attracted to Florida's warm climate, nice white sand beaches, abundance of golf courses, & low taxes (no state income tax!), Florida had consistently achieved double digit population growth in the last 20 years!

Due to the high population growth, the real estate prices in Lehigh Acres peaked in 2005-2006 between $35,000 to $65,000 per lot, and sometimes over $100,000!

After the real estate boom that topped out in late 2007, we are now at the bottom of a bust that has reduced land prices 70 to 90 percent, and properties are starting to be snapped up again.

With 75 million Baby-Boomers retiring starting 2009, just wait and see how high will land prices go in the coming decade!

Vacant land prices in 2010 now range anywhere between $5,000 to $15,000!

As the Legendary Investor Warren Buffett always says,

"Be Fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful"

NOW is the Time To Buy Real Estate in Florida
Prices are the lowest they have been in over a decade!

Lehigh Acres

Lehigh Acres, FL

Lehigh Acres, Florida is located in Lee County, in the southwest portion of the Florida peninsula. It is the US Census Bureau's official Census-Designated Place in the country. In 2006 the population was around 68,000. Lehigh Acres is a rapidly growing community because it is a large and expansive, pre-platted subdivision that includes roughly 61,000 acres of land.

Lehigh Acres actually got its start in the 1950's when Lee Ratner, a Chicago businessman, needed a tax shelter. He faced the possibility that he would lose all of his businesses and most of his earnings to the high-capital tax gains of the particular time period. Ratner believed that cattle were a good investment, so he purchased 18,000 acres of land named the Lucky Lee Ranch. Later, he and a few other men started selling land at Lehigh Acres. His pasture land since then has been divided into 152,000 quarter and half acre lots for housing.
