| Maintenance Fees |
| Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2010 came to a total of $865.00. The 2010 maintenance and tax fees have already been paid in full on this timeshare and will need to be reimbursed to me at the close of this timeshare auction. You will have first use of your week in December 2010.
Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $865.00 for the pre-paid year 2010 maintenance and tax fees, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum Bid4Assets buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing costs. |
