High Point World Resort
This is an award winning timeshare resort (Silver Crown Resortwith RCI).  High Point World Resort has a prime location that is LESS THAN ONE MILE from the main gate of DISNEY WORLD!

This is a fixed red week #50, which is a beginning or middle of December week each.  This is a very large two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit that will sleep up to six people.

Resort amenities include: basketball court, clubhouse, exercise course, game room, gazebo covered barbecues, heated swimming pool, laundry room, lighted tennis court, planned activities, playground, rent additional time, and whirlpool.

Unit amenities include: air conditioner, full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, private patio, telephone, and televisions.

Amenities nearby include: auto rental, boating, fishing, golf, grocery store, health club, horseback riding, lake, live entertainment, medical facilities, and tons of great shopping and restaurants within walking distance from the resort!

You will have first use of your week in December 2010, so start planning your Disney World vacation!  Please note that you can also rent your timeshare, let a family member, friend, or associate use it, or you can exchange it with either RCI or Interval International.

 
Exchange Affiliation
This is a high-season fixed week #50.  It trades with both RCI and Interval International and will have good trading power with both due to the fact that it's an award winning resort (Silver Crown rated resort with RCI), that is located in one of the most requested vacation destinations in the world.

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever.  This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.

 
Maintenance Fees
Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2010 came to a total of $865.00.  The 2010 maintenance and tax fees have already been paid in full on this timeshare and will need to be reimbursed to me at the close of this timeshare auction.  You will have first use of your week in December 2010. 

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $865.00 for the pre-paid year 2010 maintenance and tax fees, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum Bid4Assets buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing costs. 

 
Closing Costs
Closing costs will total only $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, and resort notification of change of ownership.
