Winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 Hours after the close of the auction with proper vesting information. Payment to be made in full via wire transfer within 3 days of auction close. Buyer will also be responsible for a $295 deed prep and recording with final payment as well as the 10% premium due to bid 4 assets which we collect for them.
