How to calculate total amount due:
Winning bid + 10% Buyers Premium($100 Minimum) of the winning bid amount + $500 closing cost = total due to seller with $500 of that amount due within 48 hours of the auction close and the balance due on or before 7 days from the auction close. If the total due for the property is $500 or less than that amount is due within 48 hours of the auction close.
