- Legal Description: Beginning at a point where the West right of way line of the Birmingham-Warrior Public Road, as now located, intersects the East and West centerline of Section 36, Township 16, Range 3 West. Thence in a southerly direction along said West right of way line 909 feet; thence turn an angle 90 degrees run West 100 feet for the point of beginning; thence turn at an angle of 90 degrees run South 120 feet, thence turn an angle of 90 degrees run West 60 feet, thence turn an angle of 90 degrees run North 120 feet, thence turn an angle of 90 degrees run East a distance of 60 feet to point of beginning; all of said land lying and being in Section 36, Township 16 South, Range 3 West.

The Seller has no knowledge of lead-based paint hazards in the housing, nor does it have any records or reports pertaining to lead based paint. The Seller will give the buyer the opportunity to conduct a risk assessment or inspection of the property for the presence of lead based paint hazards. This must be done within 10 days following the close of the auction. The winning bidder may also choose to waive the opportunity to conduct a risk assessment or inspection of the property. An addendum has been added to the purchase agreement in regards to this opportunity which must be signed within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
