The annual fees are $150.00. Buyer will be responsible for the community fees and the transfer of membership from Seller to Buyer on this Lot. COUNTY RECORDING FEE:

LIENS:

In the Congrats letter that we will send you upon notification by the webmaster we will provide you your payment options including payment by Money Order in USD, a Bank Cashiers Check in USD and the wiring instruction for a Bank to Bank in USD for the balance or the full payment of the property.
Shipping Fee: There is a flat fee of $425.00 that covers the deed preparation, deed processing and shipping fees. Buyer will also pay all  recording fees
Sales Tax: Sales Tax will not be applied for this auction.
Closing Cost Sales price of $X amount, plus the State of Pa Transfer Tax of 2% times the Sales Price equals $X amount, plus a $100.00 or 10% which is a Buyers Premium , whichever is greater  will be added  to the sales price of $X amount], plus the Carbon County recorder cost of $58.50 plus the deed preparation, deed processing, and shipping cost of $425.00.
