A prime Thanksgiving week has been reserved for the new owner of this timeshare for the year 2011.  The exact dates of use for this reservation will be November 19-26, 2011.

Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2011 came to a total of $1,135.00.  These fees have been pre-paid to the resort.  The winning bidder on this timeshare auction will need to reimburse me for these fees at the close of this auction.  You will have first use of your week in November 2011.

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $1,135.00 for the pre-paid 2011 maintenance and tax fees, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum Bid4Assets buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing fees.  You will then own this timeshare forever!  You will have first use of your week in the year 2011.
