After the auction ends, We will send you the closing contract for your review.

A Quit Claim Deed will be issued immediately after payment clears. We will then rush you a copy of your deed and your documentation. We will also send the original deed to Sharp County for recording. The county clerk will mail you the original deed after they record the property in the name of your choice.

Payments Accepted: PayPal or Certified Cashier's Check due within 3 business days.

Closing Fees of $200.00 will be added to the winning bid which covers all documentation, attorney fees, title work, notary, deed recording and document stamps, listing fees, and mailing fees.
