Osceola County contains the highest point in the Lower Peninsula and is also known for trout fishing, with 5 rivers running through it: the Muskegon, Hersey, Pine, Middle Branch and Chippewa. Osceola County is fast on the grow, with tourism, auto and electronics manufacturing, oil and dairy production, and with the recently discovered potash vein - purported to be the richest in the world. After Auction: The seller will email the winning bidder payment instructions within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The buyer must contact the seller within 24 hours with his/her payment method. Payment must be received within 5 days of the auction end date.
If the lot is sold with “Buy it Now” option, we can break up the payment. A minimum payment of $500 should be made within 5 days. The full payment should be made within 10-14 days. The buyer must contact the seller and request to break up the payment within 24 hours.
After Auction Instructions

We Take Care of the Entire Transaction Process:

  • We will send you an email with payment instructions within 24 hours of the close of the auction. You can pay with a cashier's check, personal check or money order.
  • We are asking the buyer to respond with his/her payment method and deed information within 24 hours.
  • To prepare the deed for recording we need the address, legal name(s), gender & marital status of the person(s) taking title, or the corporation’s name & address.
  • We are asking about each buyer’s gender, as sometimes it is not clear from a foreign name.
  • If there are two or more buyers, please state their relationships: husband & wife, mother & son, brother & sister, etc.
  • Once the full payment and deed information is received, we will prepare the deed for recording.
