for a song and dance, this shouldn't be a problem for you.

Payment Schedule

1-Buyer must contact the seller within 24 hours after winning the bid with the vesting information,

Name(s) , Mailing Address,Matarial Status. They will tell me exactly who is to be put on the deed.

Also, I will need your fax number,Staples fax number,so we can have a fast and easy process.

2-The Buyer will send me a cashiers check or money order for $500.00 for the downpayment on

the house within 48 hours of auction closing. . The balance will be paid within 7 days from auction 

closing. The downpayment is non-refundable, if you don't complete the sale, I will keep the

 $500.00 downpayment.

3-I will fax the quick claim deed to the Buyer for them to sign and fax back to me.

4- When I receive all of the money for the house, I will then sign the deed, have it notorized and faxes

back to the buyer. I will also send the deed to the recorders offic, and the Buyer will receive the

official deed within 1 month.
