Muskegon County is located in Western Michigan, U.S.A. and borders the shores of Lake Michigan. Besides being located near the Lake and having many built-in recreational options, Muskegon County is host to many events and attractions. It has several beautiful beaches with public access to Lake Michigan. The County also contains three large lakes: Mona Lake in the south, White Lake to the north, and Muskegon Lake in the middle.

Muskegon Heights is a town located in southwestern Muskegon County, four miles from the eastern shore of scenic Lake Michigan with Muskegon Lake to the north and Mona Lake to the south. The city is approximately 3.8 square miles in size and has a population of 12,049. Muskegon Heights has it's own police and fire stations as well as water filtration plant, public school and an inland lake called Mona Lake.

Mona Lake is a scenic, all sports 695 acre lake that is located less than 3 miles south of the property. It ties into Lake Michigan via a small channel so it is a very popular way to get out to to the larger lake, Michigan. Mona Lake is also perfect for fishing and has some great bluegill, catfish, bass, crappie, muskellunge, northern pike, and perch; to name a few.

If the lot is sold with “Buy it Now” option, we can break up the payment. A minimum payment of $500 should be made within 5 days. The full payment should be made within 10-14 days. The buyer must contact the seller and request
to break up the payment within 24 hours.

We are asking the buyer to respond with his/her payment method and deed information within 24 hours. Once the full payment and deed information is received, we will prepare the deed for recording. We will email you the Deed for review.
