The Winning Bid Amount, a $349.00 Processing Fee and a $100.00 Buyers Premium = Total Amount Due. Full payment of the Total Amount is due within 72 hours from the close of auction.
At the close of auction, the Buyer will receive email confirmation and direction to complete the transaction. The Buyer must respond accordingly by forwarding the required information as requested in the email, within 24 hours.

ASSETSJUMPER,LLC handles all of the recording and transfer of property on your behalf. Transfer will be by Special Warranty Deed. Upon receipt of payment and proper vesting information, the property documents will be prepared and forwarded to the county for recording. The Buyer will receive the recorded deed approximately four weeks from the receipt of payment. The Buyer will be kept informed of this process by email.

Rio Communities consist of a few, largely-underdeveloped subdivisions, with a handfull of nice neighborhoods scattered throughout. There are large areas of this subdivision yet to be developed. These lots are 1/2 acre lots being sold as investment parcels. Once expansion of community/city water and sewer reach these properties 1/2 acre lots should be usable.
Currently, Valencia County requires 3/4 of an acre for well and septic installation should you choose to build prior to public utilities being available.
Please note: Our properties are purchased from State Tax Sales, County Tax Sales and POA Communities with the intent of resale. It is the Bidder's responsibility to conduct a proper Due Diligence as to the location, zoning, condition, accessibility and usability of this land, to their own satisfaction. The Bidder is to verify with the appropriate offices, both County and HOA/POA, to determine if any Past Due Taxes, Fees or Dues exist on the property. If any such taxes or association dues exist, the Bidder acknowledges that the Bidder will be assuming them as the new owner.
