MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2012 came to a total of only $817 for this timeshare. I have already paid the year 2012 maintenance and tax fees to the resort. The winning bidder will need to reimburse me for these fees at the close of this auction.

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $817 for the pre-paid year 2012 maintenance and tax fees, plus 10% for the Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum buyer's premium), plus $495 for closing costs. You will have first use of your week in the year 2012.

 
CLOSING COSTS
Closing costs will total $495 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, and resort notification of change of ownership.
