VILLAS AT FORTUNE PLACE
This villa-style timeshare is located in Kissimmee, Florida and is approximately 15 miles from Disney World, Sea World, etc. You will never be bored at this resort because there is almost every activity you can imagine here!

This is a large two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that will sleep up to eight people. It's a floating week #1-5 (beginning of January through the beginning of February), 18-22 (beginning of May through the beginning of June), 34-50 (end of August through the middle of December), which means you can reserve any ONE of these weeks each year based on resort availability when you reserve your week.

Resort amenities include: basketball, horseshoes, housekeeping services, jacuzzi, lake with fishing, Pad-Rac courts, playground, shuffleboard, swimming pool, tennis courts, video game room, and volleyball.

Unit amenities include: air conditioner, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, telephone, television and washer/dryer.

Amenities nearby include: amusement parks, auto rental, boating and other water sports, golf, horseback riding, and shops and restaurants. There is a shopping center with a grocery store right next to the resort.

EXCHANGE AFFILIATION

This is a floating week #1-5, 18-22, 34-50 (one week per year), that trades with RCI. It will have decent trading power due to the fact that it's located in one of the most popular vacation destinations in the world.

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever. This asset can be passed on to your heirs.

 
MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION- WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN
Maintenance and tax fees came to a total of an incredibly reasonable amount of $523.00 for the year 2010!  These feeshave already been pre-paid to the resort, and the winning bidder will need to reimburse me for these fees

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $523 for the year 2013 maintenance fees, plus 10% for the Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing costs. You will have first use of your week in the year 2013.

 
CLOSING COSTS
Closing costs will total $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, and resort notification of change of ownership. This closing will take approximately six weeks.
