It's a floating week #1-5 (beginning of January through the beginning of February), 18-22 (beginning of May through the beginning of June), 34-50 (end of August through the middle of December), which means you can reserve any ONE of these weeks each year based on resort availability when you reserve your week.

Resort amenities include: basketball, horseshoes, housekeeping services, jacuzzi, lake with fishing, Pad-Rac courts, playground, shuffleboard, swimming pool, tennis courts, video game room, and volleyball.

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever. This asset can be passed on to your heirs.

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $523 for the year 2013 maintenance fees, plus 10% for the Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing costs.
