We purchased this property as a foreclosure and don't know anything about it beyond the photos our photographer took in December 2012 and what we've researched from public record.

Status of title: Property is sold via quitclaim deed with as-is title. There are NO outstanding mortgages on this property. There are no pre-2012 taxes due. Please check with the city/county to confirm whether there are any liens for things like weed abatement, open water/utility bills, etc., as any liens would be the buyer's responsibility.
