4723 TURNEY ROAD, CLEVELAND, OHIO.  This is a single  story free standing block and frame commercial building.  There is no basement to this property.  The interior has several rooms and 1 bath and a utillity room.  The utility room has furnace and water heater.  The building was used for many years as a furniture making shop.  There is gas, lights, city water and sewer to the property.  The lights were on up to several months ago.  The gas and water has been turned off for several years.  

There is a roof leak on the left side of the property.  It is the result of a demolition of a building that was next door.  The flashing to this property was attached to the building next door.  When the wall to the building next door came down, it disturbed the flashing and the roofing causing a leak.  

We purchased the note and mortgage to this property and received the deed from the owner instead of a foreclosure proceeding be completed.  We have canceled the note and mortgage and the deed is in our name.
