MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION- WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN                   

Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2014 will come to a total of approximately $1035.00.  These fees will be paid directly to the resort by the buyer of this timeshare for the 2014 year.

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will pay me your winning bid amount, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please be advised that there is a $100 minimum Bid4Assets buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing fees, plus $120.00 for the Marriott Resort Transfer Fee, and Recording Fee of $65.00.

You may also choose to obtain Title Insurance  and/or an Expedited closing at an additional cost through the closing company. You will be able to choose to Title Insurance and/or Expedited closing when you sign the Resale Timeshare Purchase Agreement provided by the seller.  The seller can provide you with information regarding each option and the costs of each  option prior to your signing the Resale Timeshare Purchase Agreement so that you can make an informed decision.  In the event that you choose exert your option for Title Insurance and/or Expedited closing the additional fees are payable by the purchaser to the seller in addition to the fees outlined above and/or to the closing company directly upon mutual agreement between the buyer and seller.
