Lagonita Lodge is located in the San Bernardino Mountains, just a short 2 ½ to 3 hour drive from most major Southern California and Western Nevada locations including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Las Vegas. Big Bear Lake is serviced by Ontario International Airport.

There is a one time transfer fee of $195 that buyer will need to pay directly to the Logonita Lodge HOA once the deed is recorded.
The annual fees are due every Jan. 1st for the coming year. Statements are mailed in November and owners have the option to pay half Jan. 1st and 2nd payment by July 1st.
