| MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION- WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN | |||
| Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2016 will come to an incredibly low amount of only $658. These fees have already been paid to the resort and will need to be reimbursed to me by the winning bidder at the close of this auction. You will have first use of your week in August 2016.
Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $658 for the pre-paid year 2016 maintenance and tax fees, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a minimum $100 Bid4Assets buyer's premium), plus $495 for closing fees (the $100 resort transfer fee is INCLUDED in the closing fees), at the close of this auction. |
