SETTLEMENT TERMS AND WHAT YOU PAY - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID
What You Pay if You Win the Auction:     

• If you are the Winning Bidder on this Auction, you will only pay the Winning Bid amount, plus $500 for Closing Costs, plus the Bid4Assets Buyer’s Premium of 10% or $100.00 minimum. Costs include deed preparation, transfer company payment and notice of transfer to resort. Payment to be made to Seller  within four days after close of auction.
• Buyer to provide Vesting information; mailing address, email address, phone numbers and any other requested information within 24 hours of close of auction. Buyer is to cooperate in the transfer of ownership and will also complete and sign paperwork within 3 days of receipt of same, which may be sent to Buyer to transfer ownership. 
• Closing takes between 6-8 weeks; however, may take longer because closing also depends on the Resort’s transfer process.
• This is an Annual Timeshare and your time will start in 2018.
• Payment is via Cashier's Check or Money Order.
• Your bid is a legally binding contract and Bid4Assets charges $250 to all non-performing bidders.
