This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom lockoff unit located in the Plaza Building of the resort that sleeps six people.  That means you can lock the door in-between your huge unit and turn it into two smaller units (a one-bedroom and a studio unit).  This will allow you to use one side of the unit yourself, and trade the other unit for another resort/location/timeframe.  Or you can trade one side of your unit, and rent the other side.  You can also use the huge unit yourself, rent it, or trade it.  Owning a lockoff unit is one of the best deals in timesharing because it's like getting two units for the price of one!  You will have lots of flexibility with this timeshare.

This is an annual timeshare ownership for prime floating weeks #1-16 (beginning of January through the middle of April - ski weeks), 21-38 (end of May through the end of September - summer weeks), 52 (New Year's ski weeks), which means you can reserve ANY one of these weeks of the year.

Important Note:  This is an annual usage timeshare.  This means your year 2017 week will be for week #21-38 & 52 and week #1-16.

MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION- WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN
Maintenance and tax fees came to a total of $1,154 for the year 2017.  The winning bidder on this timeshare will reimburse me $1,154 for these pre-paid fees.  You will have first use of your week in the year 2017.

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $1,154 for the pre-paid year 2017 maintenance and tax fees, plus the 10% buyer's premium (please note there is a minimum $500 buyer's premium), plus $395 for closing costs at the close of the auction with Settlement agent. Settlement agent is Dave Heine with Timeshare Escrow and Title 1 833- 872- 5674.   This closing will take approximately six weeks.

 
CLOSING FEES
Closing costs will total $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, and resort notification of change of ownership.
