Property condition

The property needs a rehab to get ready for renting. Except for below, the roof is leaking in some places and will first need attending to before the winter. Some units need little work mostly cleaning and painting and some repairs, while others need more work, with drywall and ceiling repairs . The plumbing and electrics are working in most units and the water and electrics are connected. A few new windows are needed while other windows just need painting and some repairs.

The roof over one unit needs fixing urgently , see attached picture of the hole in the roof and the wall right next to it that fell. The leak has caused damage to the floor underneath but the roof in that area has now has been tarped to protect this area (see atatched picture).
