This is a cash sale, you are bidding on the full purchase price. Buyer must have cash ready at auction's close. Winning bidder agrees to pay the full balance due via certified check or wire transfer within 4 days of the auction's close, no exceptions.

There is a real estate transfer fee of $500, which includes deed preparation, recording fees, and transfer taxes. Seller handles the entire deed recording process and will convey property via quitclaim deed with an as-is title. The winning bidder will also be charged for the buyer's premium which is 10% with a ($100 minimum).
