Settlement Requirements

Buyer to pay a closing fee of $500 plus recording fees and transfer taxes. Escrow, Deed preparation and recording to be handled by Standard Title Agency & RDS Group, LLC, who will be emailing buyer within 24 hours of auction's close. Buyer has 4 Business days from auction's close to fully fund escrow for balance due or else may be declared in default. Please do your due diligence BEFORE you bid. Property will be conveyed via Warranty Deed. Property is clear of mortgage liens and back taxes.
