Personal property purchased from the U.S. Government may or may not be authorized for export/import from/into the country where the personal property is located. The purchaser must be a United States citizen or permanent resident alien and/or if purchasing for a company or corporation, the company or corporation is a United States owned company or corporation. Purchasers must complete a Citizenship Self-Certification form and an Export Control and Proliferation Sensitive Property Acknowledgement form. By placing a bid on this auction, all bidders are certifying that they have read and agree to sign the Citizenship Self-Certification form, and an Export Control and Proliferation Sensitive Property Acknowledgement form. Bidders that win an auction and do not sign these forms will forfeit their winning bid amount. The winning bid shall be considered an agreement to buy and is final. This asset is listed and sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS" condition as of the date of sale. Bidders are required to conduct any research or due diligence of an asset prior to making a bid. Buyers are responsible for loading, securing and transporting purchased property, to include all costs and risks associated with removal.
