Pros- House is fixable. Good metal roof. Newer construction (1988). Half acre lot surrounded by flat land. Has a country feel while still being close to town. I was going to fix this house but I don't have the time right now.

Cons- Building is vacant. It needs work. I forgot to take inside pictures but the inside is in okay condition. 

Go visit the property if you wish before bidding. I will not be answering any questions about the condition of this property. The condition is as described and pictured. No, you cannot come and move in right after you buy the property and expect it to be in perfect condition. I have also clearly stated that I am issuing a general warranty deed so I will not respond to questions about the title condition either. Credit cards are accepted.
