One certain lot of land situated in the outskirts of Golden Meadow, Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at a distance of about forty-eight (48) miles below the City of Thibodaux, Louisiana measuring seventy-five (75') feet front or in width facing South, by depth of eighty-two (82') feet, bounded in front or south by street or land, bounded in the rear or north by lands of Rosamond St. Pierre, bounded on the east by lands of Augustin Joseph LeBIanc, Jr., and bounded on the west by lands of Augustin Joseph LeBlanc, Jr., and bounded on the west by lands of Charlie Louviere, Sr., together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining. 2. A certain lot or parcel of land situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, at about forty-eight (48) miles below the City of Thibodaux, Louisiana located approximately 900 feet from Bayou Lafourche and which said lot measures 75 feet front along a public lane known as Hebert Lane, by a depth of 96 feet, bounded in front or south by Hebert Lane, above or north by lands of Rosamond St. Pierre, now or formerly, on the east or towards Bayou Lafourche by lands of Charlie Louviere, now or formerly, and on the west or towards the rear of the lands of by other property of Harvey Peltier, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. Reference is made to agreement dated. August 1, 1955, recorded in COB 197, Page 201, Entry No. 132623, wherein lot was located approximately 775' from Bayou Lafourche and depth of lot is recognized to be 82' instead of 96'. |

General Sale Information
The seller requires that the winning bidder submit the deed transfer information to Bid4Assets within 2 days of the close of auction.
To bid on this auction, all bidders are required to become qualified by placing a deposit. The deposit of the winning bidder is automatically transferred to the seller at the end of the auction. If the winning bidder fails to perform on any auction, the entire BidDeposit will be forfeited to the seller. Non-winning bidder deposit refunds are mailed within ten (10) business days after the close of the auction. This deposit cannot be applied to other auctions. Settlement payments are due ten business days after the auction ends. Bid4Assets will audit and submit payments to Parish, along with the settlement report, within three business days after the settlement due date. No exceptions will be made. If the payment policy is not adhered to the winning bidder will forfeit their deposit to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office and may be banned from future sales.
